A redesigned New York Times Magazine Table of contents, made as a school project, Hallie Bean
Branko Ve Poljanski, Cover of Dada-Jok, (1922) It is uncertain whether the anti-Dada journal Dada-Jok, put out by Ljubomir Micic's brother under the pseudonym Branko Ve Poljanski, was a direct response to Dragon Aleksic's Dada-Tank, or whether it had been planned earlier. Nevertheless, both publications appeared in June, 1922 in Zegrab. The title of the journal reads “Dada-No” in Turkish. It has been suggested that Dada-Jok's anti-dada stance is more truly Dada than Aleksic's affirmative publication. That same year, Ve Poljanski wrote, “I am Dada, because I am not”. A paradoxical statement fundamentally in line with Dada's attempt to undermine conventional language and logic.
